1. Why we use cookies
We only use cookies and local storage for three narrow purposes: to keep you signed in, to remember your preferences (language, theme, last-viewed vendor category), and to measure product reliability. We do not use them for advertising or cross-site tracking.
2. What we store
Strictly necessary (cannot be turned off)
bandhan_token— your login session (HTTP-only where possible; local-storage otherwise).bandhan_tenant— remembers which franchise/tenant you belong to.- CSRF token — protects state-changing requests.
Functional (turned on by default, can be cleared)
bandhan_prefs— last-used filters on the vendor directory, theme, sidebar collapsed state.bandhan_recent— recently viewed vendors so we can show them at the top when you come back.
Analytics (aggregated, no third parties)
- Anonymous session identifier used only for our own crash and latency dashboards. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel.
3. How to clear or block cookies
You can clear all Bandhan storage at any time from your browser's site-settings panel, or in the Android app under Settings → Storage. Blocking the strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out.
4. Third-party services
Payments (Stripe / Razorpay) and OTP delivery (MSG91 / Twilio) set their own cookies during their brief redirect windows. See their respective policies. We do not receive any tracking data back from those redirects.
5. Changes
If we add new cookies we will update this page before the change takes effect and, where legally required, prompt you for fresh consent.
